The banks were green and covered with grass and wildflowers. Eucalyptus trees grew tall on the river’s path.
Down off the path, over some slippery rocks, water poured down from above, crashing into an emerald pool below.
Squared off patches of farmland interspersed with neat red roofed towns below were beautiful from our mountaintop vantage point.
