Sunday October 25th: Join us on a multi-part Gush Etzion adventure with our expert guide Assaf!

They day will begin at Nahal Tekoa, where we will hike through the most epic canyon in Israel towards Haritoun Monastary and Cave, in an area once inhabited by Byzantine monks. After a moderately challenging 4 kilometer hike, we’ll continue by bus to Herodion, an artificial mountain/palace built by King Herod. After exploring the incredible history at this national park, we’ll make our final stop of the day at Gush Etzion winery, where we’ll enjoy a tour along with wine and cheese tasting.

Transportation from Jerusalem and Savidor Station in Tel Aviv available upon request for an extra fee.

Please note: The cost includes a winery tour with wine and cheese tasting.

Entrance cost to Herodion: 31 NIS adults, 16 NIS seniors, and free for Matmon members.
