Israel Trail #48: Tsfira Pools to Masada
Sunday, February 22nd: Join Hiking the Holyland and our expert guide for a 14 kilometer, 48th segment of the Israel along from Tsfira Pools to Masada.
We’ll start the day at Kfar Nokdim and hike on the trail through the desert, enjoying a hot cup of coffee and an intro on the way. The trail will take towards a lookout over Nahal Tze’elim , where we will get to take in beautiful view and desert landscapes. We’ll hike past Nahal Anava and Nahal Gorani, traversing desert pools and rocky canyons. We’ll stop in a lovely spot for a lunch break in nature. The last part of the day will take us towards the foot of Masada. We’ll finish up our amazing journey through the desert at Masada with wine and cheese to celebrate our success!
For fit hikers. Minibus transportation available from Savidor Station and Yad Binyamin for an extra fee of 110-140 NIS.
