Take the blue trail from the parking.
Take the SECOND left onto the green trail.
Climb down the mountain into Nahal Kina on the green trail.
Look for clearly painted green trail markers the whole way through.
Continue on the green trail (don't take red).
The green trail climbs up and out of the riverbed.
Green trail brings you all the way back.
