Park here. After exploring the lookout, follow the road away from the bathrooms until you see a red trail veering into the trees on your left.

Keep an eye out for red trail markers and follow them the whole way.
When the red trail ends, make a right to follow the black trail/Israel Trail all the way back to your car.
