1. Follow the red trail to the left. Immediately get onto the green trail by the road.
2. Follow this path across the road, then follow the green trail on the left down the steps.
3. Follow the green trail towards Ein Hendek.
4. Keep your eyes peeled for the green trail and make sure to follow it (to the right and down).
5. You will reach Ein Hendek. Check it out, then follow the blue trail.
6. Follow the blue trail after Ein Hendek.
7. Follow signs for the Hadassah Trail.
8. Follow the blue trail markers through the woods.
9. Go through the tunnel for kicks, or just follow the blue trail across the road.
10. Cross the road and follow the trail.
11. Follow the blue trail to stay on Shvil Hadassah.
12. Follow the Blue Trail to stay on the Shvil Hadassah.
13. This is the unidentifiable ramp you need to follow to get to the next part of the trail.
14. Now it's time to find your way up to the next part of the trail. Go up the stairs through the dormitories.
15. When you reach the top of the dormitories, make a right towards the hospital parking lot.
16. Make a left onto this busy street and walk along the right side until you see a black trail marker on the right.
17. Turn left onto the black trail and follow it to the next spring.
18. From the black trail, make a right onto green to get back to your car.
