Cancellation and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hiking the Holyland.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any product, service, or download that you purchased with us.

Your Product Return Rights

The deadline for returning a product is 14 days from the date on which you received the items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. if your return has been approved, your refund will be processed automatically and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven days.

Conditions for Returns

For the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
  • The items were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The items are in the original packaging and
  • The items are not damaged

Your Event Booking Cancellation Rights

The deadline for cancelling your event booking is 14 days from the date you booked the event, and not within 7 business days prior to the event.

Your Downloads Return Rights

You cannot return or request a refund on any digital downloaded product.

Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:
  • The supply of items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
